When you use this website, we may collect:

  • Analytics data: Wix automatically collects information such as your device, browser, and site usage (see Cookies below).

We do not collect personal data through contact forms or newsletters on this site.

We use personal data for:

  • Responding to enquiries: to reply if you email us (legitimate interests / contract).

  • Improving the website: using analytics to understand performance (legitimate interests; consent where cookies apply).

  • Service delivery: if you become a client, we process data necessary to provide consultancy services (contract / legal obligation).

 

4. Sharing your data

We use trusted third parties to help deliver our services, including:

  • Wix (website hosting and analytics)

  • Microsoft 365 (email, productivity)

  • HubSpot (CRM)

  • Zapier (automated workflows)

These providers act as processors on our behalf and only process your data in line with our instructions.

Some providers (such as Zapier) are based outside the UK/EEA, for example in the United States. Where this happens, we use UK-approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

  • Email enquiries: typically retained for up to 12 months.

  • Client records/invoices: retained for 7 years to meet legal and tax obligations.

  • Analytics data: retained in line with Wix policies.

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct or erase your data

  • Restrict or object to processing

  • Request a copy of your data (portability)

  • Withdraw consent where applicable

  • Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are unhappy (www.ico.org.uk).
